Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original conditions with all tags still attached.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We offer free exchanges on all eligible items.
Items such as underwear, swimwear (if hygiene seals are removed), and earrings are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
